Your Mission in This Role:
In this role, you will reach out to customers who purchased a policy with us 6 to 10 years ago. Your main objective is to re-engage them by building rapport, identifying their current needs, and creating a sense of urgency before smoothly transitioning them to our Aftersales team. Although you are contacting existing customers, they may not recall Protect Line due to the time elapsed since their purchase. As a result, you will encounter many objections, making resilience an essential quality for success in this position.
