What You'll Be Doing:
- Leading and delivering business change projects across our organisation
- Performing both PM and Business Analyst roles within our DSDM framework
- Collaborating with remote teams while maintaining strong face-to-face connections
- Contributing to our innovative approach to change management
- Supporting operations across our Bournemouth and Isleworth offices
What Makes You Our Perfect Match?
- Strong working knowledge of DSDM Agile methodology and its practical application
- Demonstrable experience in managing operational projects, with a track record of successfully implementing change in a business environment.
- Proven experience in Agile Program or Project Management, ideally within start-ups or innovative SMEs
- Experience with DSDM products and governance
- A collaborative mindset and genuine team-player attitude
- A proactive, innovative problem-solving approach, comfortable to challenge conventional approaches
- Adaptability – able to wear multiple hats and juggle various projects
- Ability to work remotely while fostering strong relationships with colleagues
